Our club, chartered in 1973. We provide financial assistance and recognition during programs designed to improve the lives of youth in the North Liberty, Iowa, area.
In the Optimist 2023-2024 year, we paid out $24,833 to Avenue of Flag participants and $29,234 for other youth programs in the North Liberty area.
Although we are part of an international organization, we govern independently. We determine which projects to complete, which organizations to support and how funding is distributed.
At JOI, we know that young people can change the world.
We are more than just a club – we are a movement of young people from all over the globe who are committed to optimism and a brighter future.
